You see multiple times throughout the game the other breeders have a tank and a couple fighting monsters. Normally this doesn't work for you since the levels you're fighting(unless you've done an insane amount of grinding) are much higher than you and your tanks die fairly quick. But, if you get someone who has a +haste to your entire team it works out, a couple combinations that work well with this is.
Open up with a tank that has +Defense and +Resist to all(Like a Sphinx Master) with a +Haste to all(Like a Griffin Rider) and the "zombie" attacker. This is where the variation is depending on your style.
A) Your killer can be someone that poisons+a -haste to enemy team like Chimera Ant.
B) Your killer can be someone that does more damage the longer he's in battle like Spikey.
The whole point of it is for your(and I'm going to use the aforementioned examples) Sphinx Master to use Scapegoat off the bat and then every round after that boost defense and resist. Your Griffin Rider just spams +haste. And your killer does what he does best. Because your tank will take the most damage, have a second tank in line for when the first one dies. I like to have an Archangel after that(5th spot) to heal everyone, and have my Blademaster to continue to nuke after that. You'll find that your first few monsters can take down 10+ monsters easy, making the fight managable.
Side note: I prefer to use Spikey in this team composition over a poison for a few reasons. He ALSO has a +defense and +resist spell for the entire team, making your tank even harder to kill, he has a ton of health since the whole point of him is to last longer in battles, and he's Arcane, so when attacking, there is no monster he will have a lesser attack.
